electronica Shanghai 2026 will take place from July 1 to 3, 2026, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), occupying halls W1-W5 and N1-N5. The event is expected to attract more than 2,000 exhibitors from domestic and international markets across 120,000 square meters. According to the organizers, electronica Shanghai has become a platform connecting technology developments with business applications.

electronica Shanghai 2026 will focus on 11 sectors: intelligent new energy vehicles, AI Plus, embodied intelligence, humanoid robots, AI data centers, energy storage and green energy, industrial intelligence, 6G, the low-altitude economy, Internet of Things (IoT), and wearable devices.

The exhibition will cover developments across the electronics industry chain and focus on technologies and applications in these sectors.

According to the organizers, the event will bring together domestic and international companies and technologies focused on robotics, AI data centers, and industrial intelligence through products including MCUs, power semiconductors (SiC/GaN), sensors, and edge AI technologies. The exhibition also reflects a broader shift among semiconductor and electronics companies from traditional chip supply toward system-level solutions.

Organizers identified three industry trends expected to be highlighted at the event: power technologies for AI data centers, control and perception technologies for robotics, and terminal intelligence enabled by edge AI. These trends indicate a shift in the electronics industry from competition centered on chip performance toward system integration.
