The AMP20140 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State EMC Power Amplifier that operates from 20 MHz to 3000 MHz. It supports dual-band (20-1000 MHz & 1000-3000 MHz) dual-output delivering a saturated output power of more than 100 W and a power gain of more than 50 dB. This power amplifier is based on Class AB linear LDMOS and GaN design and is suitable for all single channel modulation standards. It has a 2-tone intermodulation (IMD) of -30 dBc and an input return loss of less than -10 dB. 

The AMP20140 has built-in protection circuits and is designed for high reliability and ruggedness. It can be controlled via Ethernet RJ45, RS422/485 and USB interfaces. This amplifier requires an AC supply of 100-240 V and consumes less than 800 W of power. It is available in a 3U rack mount enclosure that measures 430 x 133 x 560 mm and has Type-N female connectors for RF input/output.
