The AMP20150 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier (SSPA) that operates from 1.0 to 6.0 GHz. It is designed for EMI/RFI, laboratory, CW/pulse, and communication applications. This Class A/AB amplifier delivers a saturated output power of 150 W (CW) with a power gain of more than 51 dB and a gain flatness of 4.0 dB peak-to-peak. It has a 2-tone IMD of -30 dBc, harmonic levels of less than -20 dBc, and spurious levels of less than -60 dBc. This power amplifier has an input return loss of more than 10 dB.

The AMP20150 includes built-in protection circuitry with extensive monitoring capabilities. It requires a 100 to 240 V AC supply and consumes less than 1500 W of power. This SSPA is available in a rack-mount enclosure measuring 430 × 222 × 560 mm and has N-type (female) connectors. It utilizes built-in variable-speed fan cooling and can operate over a temperature range from 0°C to +50°C.
