The SPECTRAN V6 PLUS from Aaronia is a Real-Time Spectrum Analyzer (RTSA) and Monitoring Receivers that operates from 10 MHz to 6/8 GHz. It is designed to capture even the shortest signal transmissions, making them suitable for applications such as Wi-Fi network measurements, EMC testing, and interference hunting. This RTSA is based on the XC7A200T-2 FPGA and consists of a 2GB SDRAM, a 930 GMACs DSP processor, a 120 MHz vector signal generator, dual 2GSPS 16-bit ADCs, and a 2GSPS 14-bit DAC. It primarily supports 2 measurement modes &ndash continuous 245 MHz true I/Q streaming and power/frequency data, along with simultaneous measurement of multiple bands. This spectrum analyzer can stream true I/Q data at up to 784 MB/s with a sampling rate of 500 MSPS (for I/Q). It has a real-time bandwidth of 245 MHz and a resolution bandwidth from 62 to 200 MHz with a DANL of -170 dBm/Hz.
The SPECTRAN V6 PLUS offers automatic classification of pulse signals from Wi-Fi, DECT, GSM, QAM, QPSK, Bluetooth, etc. This spectrum analyzer can also concurrently receive signals across GPS, BeiDou, and Galileo constellations for GNSS measurements. Its RTSA-Suite PRO software offers several plotting features like multi-2D/3D spectrum analysis, 2D/3D I/Q streaming & decoding, multi-unit stitching, and multi-frequency monitoring. It can be controlled and powered via a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C PD 3.0 interface and consumes 15 W of power. This spectrum analyzer is available as a benchtop enclosure that measures 210 x 115 x 30 mm and has SMA & SMB connectors.
