The AMP60016 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Pulse EMC Amplifier that operates at 2.9985 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of more than 1000 W with a gain of over 60 dB. This SSPA has a pulse width of 4.5 μs and a PRF of up to 10 KHz in up to 6% duty cycle. It is based on the Class AB linear amplifier design that offers high efficiency, with unprecedented reliability and ruggedness. This amplifier has spurious levels of less than -60 dBc and harmonics of -20 dBc. It is designed for high power narrow S-Band Pulse Applications and is ideal for stand-alone use or as a TWT/Klystron driver. 

The AMP60016 is equipped with built-in protection circuits and extensive monitoring capabilities to monitor parameters such as voltage, current, and VSWR using a local LCD panel. The amplifier also features remote flexible interfaces such as Ethernet RJ-45 TCP/IP, RS422/485, USB, and GPIB Interface for communication and control. It requires an AC supply of 100-240 V and consumes 500 W of power. This SSPA is available in a 3U rack-mount enclosure that measures 482 x 133 x 560 mm and has BNC female & Type-N Female connectors. It is ideal for EMI/RFI, lab, pulse, and all communication applications.
