The AMP20043 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State EMC Power Amplifier that operates from 1 to 6.0 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of more than 300 W (CW/Pulsed) with a gain of over 55 dB. This SSPA is based on the Class A/AB linear amplifier design that achieves high efficiency with exceptional reliability and ruggedness.  It has spurious levels of less than -60 dBc and harmonics of -20 dBc. This amplifier has a 2-tone Intermodulation (IMD) of -30 dBc and an input/output return loss of less than -10 dB.

The AMP20043 is equipped with protection circuits and extensive monitoring capabilities to monitor parameters such as voltage, current, and VSWR via a local LCD panel. This power amplifier also uses built-in remote flexible interfaces like Ethernet, RJ-45 TCP/IP, RS422/RS485, USB, and GPIB for communication and control. It requires a 3-phase AC supply of 200-240 V and consumes less than 3.5 kW of power. This power amplifier is available in a 5U rack-mount enclosure and has Type-N female connectors. It is ideal for EMI/RFI labs, CW/pulse, and communication applications.
