The AMP20015 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier (SSPA) that operates from 10 to 1000 MHz. It delivers a saturated output power of more than 100 W (CW/Pulse) with a power gain of more than 50 dB and a gain flatness of less than 4 dB p-p. This power amplifier is based on Class A/AB linear design that incorporates high-power advanced technology devices, thereby achieving high efficiency. It has spurious levels of up to -60 dBc and harmonic levels of -20 dBc. This amplifier has a 2-tone intermodulation of -30 dBc and a return loss of less than -10 dB (input and output). 

The AMP20015 consists of internal protection circuitries with extensive monitoring capabilities that offer unprecedented reliability and ruggedness. This power amplifier can either be manually controlled via a local LCD panel or remotely using interfaces such as USB, Ethernet RJ-45, RS422/485, and GPIB (optional). It requires an AC supply of 100 to 240 V and consumes less than 700 W of power. This SSPA is available in a 2U rack-mount enclosure that measures 430 x 88 x 562 mm and has N-type (female) connectors for input & output ports. It is ideal for EMI/RFI, labs, CW/Pulse, and all communication applications.
