The AMP10140 from Exodus Advanced Communication is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 10 to 6000 MHz. It delivers a saturated output power of more than 2 W with a small signal gain of more than 33 dB. This SSPA is based on the Class AB linear GaN design that achieves high reliability and ruggedness. It has a noise figure of less than 10 dB, a 2-tone intermodulation (IMD) of –30 dBc, and an input return loss of –10 dB. This SSPA has spurious levels of less than -60 dBc and harmonics of -20 dBc 

The AMP10140 has in-built protection circuits and requires a DC supply of 28 V, consuming less than 1.0 A of current. This power amplifier is available in a module that measures 90 x 85 x 22 mm and has SMA female connectors.
