The AMP10106 from Exodus Advanced Communication is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 20 to 500 MHz. This class AB amplifier provides a saturated output power of 350 W with a power gain of over 50. It is fabricated using an advanced solid-state linear balanced design and is suitable for all single-channel modulation standards. The amplifier has harmonics of -25 dBc and spurious levels of under -60 dBc. It requires a DC supply of 30 V and consumes less than 40 A of current.

The AMP10106 has in-built protection circuits with current, temperature sensing, and shutdown functions. It is available in a module that measures 360 x 270 x 30 mm with SMA-female connectors at the input and N-Type (female) connectors at the output.
