The AMP10015 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a GaN Solid-State Power Amplifier (SSPA) that operates from 800 to 4200 MHz. It delivers an output power of more than 50 W (CW) with a power gain of over 47 dB. This power amplifier is based on Class AB linear design incorporating high-power advanced technology devices and achieves high efficiency during operation. It has spurious levels of up to -60 dBc and harmonic levels of -20 dBc. This amplifier has a 2-tone intermodulation of -30 dBc and a return loss of less than -10 dB (input and output). 

The AMP10015 also has an internal protection circuitry, offering unprecedented reliability and ruggedness. This SSPA can be controlled remotely using interfaces such as 9-Pin D-Sub . It requires an DC supply of 28 to 30 V and consumes less than 8 A of current. This high-power amplifier is available as a module measuring 198 x 92 x 27 mm and has SMA (female) connectors. It is ideal for all single-channel modulation applications.
