The WE-FAS from Würth Elektronik is a Flexible Absorber Sheet that operates from 1 MHz up to 10 GHz. It has exceptional surface resistance & permeability and a thermal conductive interface with conductivity values up to 1.4 W/mK. This absorber is available in thicknesses ranging from 0.05 to 30 mm and has an adhesive surface for easy installation. It can operate over a temperature range of -40 up to +160 ºC. This absorber is used for EMC noise suppression, SAR reduction, EMC shielding, RFID applications, blocking undesired magnetic coupling, avoiding cavity resonances, and preventing electrostatic discharge. It is ideal for use in housing and openings between PCBs, on ICs, processors and controllers, high-flexibility cables, laptops, CD-/DVD- Player, digital cameras, handhelds, mobiles, GPS receivers, and LCD/LED monitors.
