The EVTAA91 from CR Technology, Inc. is a Thermally Conductive EMI Absorber that operates from 1 MHz up to 3 GHz. It can absorb surface waves, oscillations, and modes while offering thermal protection. This absorber has a thermal conductivity of 1.5 W/mK and can operate over a temperature range of -40 to +150 °C. It has a surface resistance of 1 x 109 sq. unit area. and a density of 4.5 g/cm3. This non-conductive absorber can be placed between the circuit board & casing, chip, and ASIC to reduce unwanted noise while offering cooling protection, and can fill gaps on IC chip surfaces with its soft, pliable texture. It contains an extremely low level of molecular siloxane, and its natural tacky composition easily bonds to any surface for easy assembly. This EMI absorber measures 210 x 300 mm and has exceptional flame retardancy compatible with UL94 V0 Equivalent specification.
