The 701917 from YOKOGAWA is a Low-noise Current Probe with a frequency range from DC to 50 MHz. It can measure current from 1 mA to 5 A, has a rise time of less than 7.0 ns and a propagation delay of 10 ns. This current probe features a high-sensitivity, slim and lightweight sensor head. It enables zero adjustment by simply pushing the button on the termination box and demagnetization by holding down the DEMAG button for a quicker setup. This probe is available in a housing that measures 155 x 18 x 26 mm with a BNC output terminal and is suitable for design and verification applications requiring high sensitivity at low currents. It requires a DC supply of ±12 V. This probe is ideal for LED driver, controller, power supply verification, evaluation of the embedded power supply, measurement of the power consumption of a low voltage device (FPGA), and evaluation of the embedded component for household appliances and car electronics.
