The AMP20167 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State EMC Power Amplifier that operates from 18 to 40 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of more than 60-80 W (CW/Pulsed) with a gain of over 49 dB. This SSPA is based on the Class A/AB linear amplifier design that achieves high efficiency with exceptional reliability and ruggedness.
