EV Battery Testing includes cell, module, and pack testing, safety and abuse testing including full-vehicle testing, performance and life cycle testing, and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Testing (battery, BMS, full vehicle), along with testing to all customer and global standards.
Energy Storage System (ESS) Testing includes Cell / Module / Unit / Installation Testing , gas analysis, and compliance with UL9540, UL9540A, UL1973, and more.
EMC Automotive Testing includes ESA, subsystem, and vehicle testing, high-voltage EMC testing, use of 3M / 10M / CISPR chambers, and E-Marking and Electronics Testing.
Automotive Environmental Testing includes Hydrogen (H2) Fuel Technology Testing, Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Testing and Certification, Cooling Systems Testing, Fuel Efficiency and Emissions Testing, and On-Road Vehicle Testing and Quality Auditing.
Vehicle Quality & Durability Testing includes Buzz, Squeak and Rattle (BSR) Testing, Multi Axis Simulation Table (MAST) Testing, 350 kN Electro Dynamic Vibrations, Mechanical Shock and Vibration Testing, Durability Testing and Automotive Connector / Terminal Testing.
Standards Supported include Ford Motor Company CETP 00.00-E-412, General Motors GMW3172, Volkswagen VW80000 and Stellantis (FCA) CS.00056.
