CPI Electron Devices Business (CPI EDB) has introduced the PTCM1027/PTCM1127, a CW/Pulsed traveling wave tube (TWT) amplifier with high efficiency, broad instantaneous bandwidth, and high gain when compared with solid-state amplifiers. The PTCM1027 operates from 26.5-37.0 GHz, delivering up to 145 W of power and the PTCM1127 operates from 37.0-40.0 GHz, delivering up to 125 W of power.
