The AMP20141 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Pulse Power Amplifier that operates from 400 to 1000 MHz. It has a Class AB linear design supporting Instantaneous UHF-Band and includes built-in protection circuits with extending monitoring capabilities. This SSPA delivers a peak pulse output power of more than 4 kW (CW or Pulsed) with a gain of over 66 dB and a gain flatness of less than 2. 0 dB p-p. It has spurious levels of up to -60 dBc and harmonics of -20 dBc.  

The AMP20141 has local and flexible remote interfaces such as Ethernet, RS422/485, and USB for control. It is available in a 10 U rack-mount enclosure that measures 483 x 442 x 600 mm and has a N-Female/ SC-Female / N-Female at input and output port. his power amplifier requires an AC supply of 100-240 V and consumes 1.5 KW of power. It is suitable for use in EMI/RFI, lab, HIRF/Pulse radar applications.
