EMC Power Amplifiers
from Exodus Advanced Communications
The AMP60016 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Pulse EMC Amplifier that operates at 2.9985 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of more than 1000 W with a gain of over 60 dB. This SSPA has a pulse width of 4.5 µs and a PRF of up to 10 KHz in up to 6% duty cycle. It is based on the Class AB linear amplifier design that offers high efficiency, with unprecedented reliability and ruggedness.
The CBA80M1G-125E from AMETEK CTS is a high-power Solid-State EMC Power Amplifier that operates from 80 MHz to 1 GHz. It delivers an output power of 140 W with a gain of 55 dB and has a noise figure of 8 dBm. This SSPA is based on a Class A linear design, ensuring high efficiency, ruggedness, and exceptional reliability. It has spurious levels of -70 dBc, harmonics of -20 dBc, a VSWR of less than 1.5:1 (input) & 2:1 (output).
The SX-R 20-1 Langer EMV-Technik GmbH is a Near-Field Probe Set that has a passive near-field probe for the measurement of high-frequency magnetic fields from 1 to 20 GHz. The probe head enables measurements close to the electronic assembly, e.g., IC pins, conductors, components, and interconnections to quickly locate interference sources, determine field orientation and analyze field distribution.
The RGF48020A-001 from TDK-Lambda Americas Inc is a Power Line EMC Filter Module that is designed to suppress differential mode conducted emissions in systems with high input current requirements. It produces an output current of 20 A and can handle an input DC voltage of up to 80 V. This filter has a differential mode attenuation of 45 dB, ensuring efficient filtering while reducing the need for additional external components.
The LPA7G from The EMC Shop is a Broadband Log Periodic Antenna that operates from 290 MHz to 7 GHz. It has a gain of 5.8 dBi and an antenna factor of 15 to 47 dB/m (1 m) producing a radiated field of up to 200 V/m. This antenna can handle an input CW power of 1000W and has a VSWR of 1.65:1, providing stable performance for both pre-compliance and full compliance testing. It has a 3 dB beamwidth of 35° (E-field) & 100° (H-field) and a directional radiation pattern.
