The AMP20141 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Pulse Power Amplifier that operates from 400 to 1000 MHz. This SSPA delivers a peak pulse output power of more than 4 kW (CW or Pulsed) with a gain of over 66 dB and a gain flatness of less than 2. 0 dB p-p.
