The REMC06G18G2G from RF-Lambda is a solid-state EMC power amplifier that operates from 6 to 18 GHz with an output power of 1000 W. It provides a small signal gain of 75 dB, a typical saturated output power of 60 dBm, and a noise figure of 10 dB. The amplifier is designed with high peak-to-average handling capability, excellent linearity, and low noise performance. It features a digital attenuator with 0.5 dB steps, an LCD front panel display, and an integrated heat sink and fan for efficient cooling.
