The AMP20180 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier (SSPA) that operates from 1 to 1000 MHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 50 W (CW/Pulse) with a power gain of more than 47 dB and a gain adjustment range of over 20 dB. This power amplifier is based on Class A/AB linear design equipped with high-power advanced technology devices, achieving high efficiency. It has spurious levels of up to -60 dBc and harmonic levels of less than -20 dBc. This amplifier has a 2-tone intermodulation of -30 dBc and a return loss of less than -10 dBc (input and output). 

The AMP20180 consists of protection circuitries with extensive monitoring capabilities, offering unprecedented reliability and ruggedness. This high power amplifier can either be manually controlled via a local LCD panel or remotely using interfaces such as USB, Ethernet RJ-45, and RS422/485. It requires an AC supply of 100 to 240 V and consumes 400 W of power. This SSPA is available in a 3U rack-mount enclosure that measures 482 x 133 x 560 mm and has N-type (female) connectors for input & output ports. It is ideal for EMI/RFI, labs, CW/Pulse, and all communication applications.
