The AMP20085 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a solid-state EMC power amplifier that operates from 1 to10 GHz. It delivers an output power of more than 100 W, with a gain of more than 50 dB and has a gain-adjustment range of more than 20 dB. This SSPA is based on a Class A/AB linear design, exceptional reliability, and rugged construction. It has spurious levels of less than -60 dBc, harmonics of -20 dBc. This amplifier has a 2-tone intermodulation distortion (IMD) of -30 dBc and an input return loss of less than -10 dB.

The AMP20085 integrates built-in protection circuits and provides extensive monitoring of critical parameters such as VSWR, voltage, and current, all accessible via a local LCD. For remote operation and control, it supports multiple interfaces, including RJ-45, RS-422/485, and USB. The amplifier operates on an AC supply of 100-240 V, consuming less than 1200 W power. It is available in a 5U rack-mount module that measures 481 x 221 x 700 mm, with N-type female connectors.
