The AMP20073 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a solid-state high-power EMC power amplifier that operates from 2 to 18 GHz. It delivers a minimum saturated output power of 10 W and a power gain of more than 40 dB with a gain flatness of less than 6 dB p-p . The amplifier uses a Class A/AB linear design and is intended for EMI/RFI testing, CW/Pulse operation, and communication applications. It has a 2-tone intermodulation (IMD) of -30 dBc, harmonic levels of -20 dBc, and spurious levels of -60 dBc. 

The AMP20073 includes built-in protection circuits with monitoring features and provides gain adjustment of up to 20 dB. It can be controlled through Ethernet RJ-45 TCP/IP, RS422/485, and USB interfaces, with optional GPIB remote control capability. The amplifier requires an AC supply of 100 - 240 V and consumes less than 250 W of power. It is available in a 3U rack-mount enclosure measuring 482 × 133 × 560 mm, weighs approx. 12 kg, and uses Type-N female connectors for RF input and output.
