The AMP20071 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 6 to 18 GHz. It has a Class A/AB linear design supporting an ultra-wide instantaneous bandwidth and includes built-in protection circuits with extending monitoring capabilities. This SSPA delivers a saturated output power of more than 200 W (CW or Pulsed) with a gain of over 53 dB and a gain flatness of less than 5 dB p-p. It has spurious levels of up to -60 dBc and harmonics of less than -20 dBc. 

The AMP20071 has local and flexible remote interfaces such as Ethernet, RS422/485, and USB for control. It is available in a 7U rack-mount enclosure that measures 482 x 310 x 700 mm and has an N-type (female) connector at the input port and a WRD650 waveguide interface at the output port. This power amplifier requires an AC supply of 120/208 V and consumes less than 3 kW of power. It is suitable for use in EMI/RFI labs and other communication applications.
