The AMP20060 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 500 to 2500 MHz. It delivers a CW output power of more than 200 W and a power gain of more than 53 dB. This amplifier has a class AB solid-state linear design and has built-in protection circuits for high reliability and ruggedness. It has harmonics of 20 dBc, non-harmonics spurious signals better than 60 dBc and an input return loss better than 10 dB. This amplifier can be controlled via Ethernet RJ-45 TCP/IP, RS422/485, and GPIB interfaces. It requires an AC supply of 100-240 V and consumes less than 1500 W of power.
