The AMP20049 from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State EMC Power Amplifier that operates from 6 to 18 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of over 10 W with a power gain of more than 40 dB. This power amplifier is based on Class A/AB linear design and that ensures high efficiency, exceptional reliability, and ruggedness. It has a 2-tone intermodulation (IMD) of -30 dBc and a return loss of less than -10 dB (input/output). This amplifier has spurious levels of less than -60 dBc and harmonics of -20 dBc. 

The AMP20049 has built-in protection circuits and a local LCD for extensive monitoring of critical parameters such as voltage, current, and VSWR. It can be controlled remotely via Ethernet RJ-45 TCP/IP, RS422/485, USB, and GPIB interfaces. This SSPA requires an AC supply of 100-240 V and consumes less than 250 W of power. It is available in a 3U rack-mount module that measures 482 x 133 x 560 mm and has N-female connectors for RF input/output. This amplifier is ideal for EMI/RFI, labs, CW/Pulse and all EW communication applications.
