The GDS-2000HD/HG Series from Good Will Instrument Co., Ltd. are 12-Bit Digital Oscilloscopes that have bandwidths of 250, 350, or 500 MHz. They have 4 channels and a 12-bit ADC that delivers 4096 levels of vertical quantization to enhance dynamic range and waveform clarity. These oscilloscopes have a real-time sample rate of up to 2.5 GSa/s and a recording length of up to 500 or 100 Mpts/channel. They have a vertical accuracy of more than 5 mV and a horizontal accuracy of ± 1 ppm.

The GDS-2000HD/HG Series oscilloscopes have a built-in Digital Voltmeter (DVM), 6-digit frequency counter, and digital filters. They are also available with a built-in 50 MHz arbitrary waveform generator in some models (HG models). These oscilloscopes feature standard 5-protocol decoding (RS232/I²C/SPI/CAN/LIN) and 1M-point FFT analysis to identify communication errors and EMI. They can be controlled via USB and Ethernet interfaces and have a 10.1-inch LCD screen. These oscilloscopes require an AC supply of 100-240 V and consume less than 50 W of power. They measure 325 x 209.5 x 111.5 mm.
