The TBPS01 from Tekbox Digital Solutions is a Near-Field Probe that operates up to 6 GHz. It is designed to measure E-field and H-field strengths by conducting radiated emissions measurements. This near-field probe acts as a wideband antenna that picks up radiated RF emissions from components, PCB traces, housing openings or gaps, thereby enabling location and identification of potential sources of interference. It can also be connected to TBWA2 wideband amplifier to improve the dynamic range of measurements. This amplifier provides a gain of 20.2 dB and has a noise figure of less than 5 dB. 

The TBPS01 probe uses integrated shielded loops to avoid picking up common-mode noise signals and offer insensitivity to the human hand, thereby resulting in accurate field measurements. This probe can be controlled remotely using a USB Type-B interface. It requires a DC supply of 4.5 to 5 V and consumes 210 mA of current. This EMC probe measures 170 mm in length and has SMA connectors. It is ideal for RF immunity testing, debugging of RF signal chains, and non-invasive measurement of RF building blocks such as modulators or oscillators.
