The UHC50TR from MVG is an EMC Absorber that operates from 80 MHz to 40 GHz. It has an absorption level of 6-33 dB and can handle an RF power up to 1.5 kW/m² (750 W/m). This pyramidal absorber has 9 pyramid points on a 60 x 60 cm base and a height of 50 cm. It is made of polypropylene based material that has a highly uniform carbon density throughout which provides for more predictable results with no discontinuities. This absorber is made using a unique production technology to achieve exceptional electromagnetic reflectivity performance in an RF anechoic test chamber. It is lightweight, maintains its shape, is impervious to changes in humidity (non-hydroscopic), and supports clean-room environments (ISO14644 Class 4). It is fire-retardant (DIN4102 Class B2, UL94HBF), UV-resistant (ISO 4892-2:2013), and eco-friendly.
