The CMAD 1614 from Schwarzbeck Mess-Elektronik OHG is an Absorbing Clamp that covers a frequency range of 30 to 200 MHz. It consists of many precision-cut ferrite half-toroids and a unique floating toroid bearing that ensures a perfect fit of the ferrite surfaces. This clamp has two quick-locks on the long side, allowing opening and closing of the clamp within seconds. It is available in a PVC housing that measures 66 x 70 x 414 mm and is ideal for both coaxial cables and unshielded cable bundles, to suppress unwanted common-mode currents (also called braid currents).
