The LC600 from Laplace Instruments is an EMC Test Cell with a frequency range from 30 MHz to 3 GHz (optional 6 GHz). It complies with the IEC61000-4-20 standard and is calibrated for emissions and immunity testing. The cell has an EUT testing size limit of 60x 60 x 60 cm, is equipped with a field sensor, and achieves commercial test-level standards with low RF power input requirements. It has an antenna factor correlated to 3m OATS for emissions calibration. The test cell has an efficient design that can deliver 20V/m with 25 W of RF input power.

The LC600 cell features a balanced dual septum design with an impedance conversion network. This design modification optimizes the volume available for the Equipment Under Test (EUT) within the external dimensions of the cell, significantly enhancing field linearity and matching the conditions of an OATS chamber. Its EUT volume is fully encased in structural polycarbonate, ensuring robust support for heavy products. Cell access is facilitated through a spacious, full-height door at the cell's end.

This test cell is available in an enclosure that measures 3.2 x 1.6 x 1.3 m and includes USB, RS232, and RS485 interfaces. It has a stainless-steel construction with welded construction and a Polypropylene EUT chamber.
