The EMScanner from YIC Technologies is an EMC Scanner with a broadband frequency coverage of 150 kHz to 8 GHz. It has an antenna array of of 1.218 (42 x 29) H-field probes and a probe spacing of 7.5 mm with a spatial resolution of 3.75 mm. This EMC scanner has a measurement plane isolation of greater than 20 dB and maximum radiated power load of 10 W. It is designed for high speed, high power, and/or high density/complexity. It has a spectral scan time of 45 seconds for L 10 cm x W 10 cm (L 4” x W 4”) PCB with a 100 MHz span and 100 kHz RBW. It uses RF SMA to type N coaxial cable for spectral analyzer and supports Standard Gerber© RS274x and HPGL format CAD overlays. This canner comes in an anodized non-conductive metal enclosure measuring L 39.2 cm x W 24.4 cm x H 1.7 cm and is ideal for Emission, immunity, filtering, EMI shielding, broadband noise and Common Mode testing applications.
