The MPA-6G-18G-250 from Maury Microwave is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 6 to 18 GHz. It delivers a CW saturated output power of 250 W with a small signal gain of more than 53 dB. This GaN-based SSPA exhibits spurious emissions of -65 dBc and has 2nd harmonics of -15 dBc. It can be utilized for various application-specific requirements like simultaneous high power, wide bandwidth, low harmonic power and high linearity. The amplifier is burn-in and ageing tested ensuring high reliability and durability. It has also undergone VNA (vector network analyser) test for power measurements at the fundamental, harmonic, and intermodulation frequencies using single-tone and two-tone input signals, as well as true ACPR using wideband modulated signals. This SSPA is available in a module with N-type (female) input connector and WRD650 waveguide output interface.
