The 3660-P-300 from Holland Shielding Systems is an EMC Absorber with a frequency range from 30 MHz to 18 GHz. Its pyramidal truncated shape saves space, eliminates the tips droop, and has a stronger resistance capability against mechanical damage. This Polyurethane (PU)--based absorber is suitable for use in EMC anechoic chambers for immunity testing (EN 1000-4-3 and equivalent specifications). It has an oxygen index of ≥29% (GB/T2406-93), which belongs to flame retardant B2 level (GB8624-1997), and all the raw materials used meet the environmental requirements. This absorber measures 300 x 100 x 60 mm, consists of 36 pyramids per unit, and weighs 7 kg/m sq.

The 3660-P-300 uses fasteners or Velcro for installation, which would facilitate the replacement of absorbers and the relocation of chambers. For small anechoic chambers, absorbers can be directly pasted by an environmental protective adhesive. It is pliable and flexible and must be matched with ferrite tiles for better broadband performance. This absorber has an operating temperature range from -50°C - 80°C.
